One of my favorite things about Toku is the opening narrations. Like right the the episode starts you'll get shown an upside down Mona Lisa floating through space and a very enthusiastic man will tell you-

"Blongus is the energy of mankind's love of progress and evolution!"

Then a buncha weird monsters show up and that same man will tell you that the evil Bagingy empire wishes to use Blongus to make all of humanity purple. Finally he says that only one special boi can stop them.

Then the best song you've ever heard will play all about how cool and special that boi is.
