Ive learned what it feels like to lose, believe me. But I think, in the end, that is just going to make winning that much better.

It is a mark of maturity when someone hurts you, And you try to understand them.

Taking Medication for a Mental Illness:

- does not mean you are weak

- is not shameful

- does not make you a drug addict

- does not mean there’s something “wrong” with you

- means that you are focusing on mental wellness

- means you value your health

- means you’re putting up a fight against something many people lose a fight against everyday.

- means you chose to get well

- means you want to live

- means you took action

- means you won’t be ruled over by a mental illness or stigma about mental illness and medication.

One of the risks of being quiet is that other people can fill your silence with their own interpretation: You’re bored. You’re depressed. You’re shy. You’re stuck up. You’re judgmental. When others can’t read us, they write their own story—not always one we choose or that’s true to who we are.
