Mine is probably the jug scene, it’s just so precious and awkward

Mine is the moment when Carol goes to see Daryl in his cell after he comes back to the prison after leaving with Merle. They were both so cute with their little giggles (and Daryl’s little dip of his head as he chuckles gets me every time). And I loved seeing how Carol knew what Merle being there might do to Daryl and how she made sure to tell him not to let Merle bring him down. It was such a cute scene and I still get all mushy inside whenever I see it :)

“Stay safe.” “Nine lives remember.”

It’s so hard to choose a favorite, but I’m partial to the shot of them walking in the woods after the post-Terminus reunion. He just looks at her like he can’t believe she’s alive and he’s totally in awe of her and so happy to be back with his best friend/the woman he loves. And then she looks back at him, as if to say, it’s okay, I’m really here. “You okay?” “Gotta be.” Simple, but effective.

His smile at the very last moment before he reaches her for The Hug, and their faces as they look at each other during it, swaying left and right in synch. Love, for all the world to see.

The moment I started shipping. His eyes say it all.

Where’s the gif. when I need it? 

My favorite subtle Caryl moment is when they are walking together towards the Greene house in Season 2, looking totally married. 

Remember when they used to look at each other, talk and sometimes touch? Yeah, all of those.

So I finally watched Not Tomorrow Yet, and below Read More are my thoughts specifically on the Carol / Tobin interaction. In short - I am not a fan of that storyline, even less so after watching it completely. 

It is, of course, very personal, subjective and based on the way I like to enjoy my show. If someone has a different perspective, I also see it as valid, because we all look for different things and perceive them differently, so let’s just agree to disagree.
