Cassidy the Mimic Blade(in training).

Age: 14

Ht: 5’4”

Wt: 125 lbs

Her people are hunters and have the ability to copy the strengths and powers of whatever fiend they kill by merging a part of their soul with a fragment of their slain foe’s fading soul(this can only be done so many times as they only have a finite amount of essence to give for the ritual).  The combined soul is put into a soul core that can be joined to their armor/clothing to give them the creature’s powers or joined to their weapons to grant their weapons special properties.  Only the soul’s owner can use the core and the owner will always be drawn in the direction of it if it is lost.  Extreme damage to the core will hurt the owner and in certain circumstances destruction of it can kill them.

Because Cassidy’s hunting group was killed she never gained her soul and was left stranded. When she encountered Erisa she could have had an easy Gorgon soul which is actually an extremely powerful soul to have under your command but decided against it.

Erisa the Cursed

Age: 12

Ht: “Stands” 5’3  Total length is 8’5”

Wt: 250 lbs

Erisa is the 1st born child in a village after it was cursed by a witch. She was abandoned in an old ruin by her parents to appease an insane mob. Leave her or kill her. After an incident with a rookie scout team left her blind and she retreated deeper into the ruins. She sat there waiting still hoping her parents would return and that is where a wounded Cassidy found her.
