For the anon who asked about drawing phanart on an iPad, I would personally recommend the app MediBang. It has layers, folders, a handy color picker, and a lot more cool features. The user interface takes some getting used to but overall, it is a brilliant program. BEST PART OF ALL ITS 100% FREE (as far as i can tell. I havent come across any features that you need to pay for)
