Hi guys! I don’t share a lot of gofundmes but this one is extremely personal to me. My sister has recently been diagnosed with colon cancer, a type of cancer that runs in my family on the womens side. Shes only 28 and has been diagnosed. You arent even supposed to look for it until youre 30 and over. My sister had to leave her job on maternity leave in the last year due to having her second son. She doesnt get EI benefits due to how recent she left. She also doesnt have benefits that will cover her treatments due to Alberta really not having great support for cancer patients. If you could read this and donate or even just share it as well to help bring awareness that would really mean a lot to me.
I know this is a retired blog however I feel that I need to share this here.
