Hi I’m back

Purely to scream at the void :)

So I just unfollowed 700 out of the 800 blogs I used to follow. (Basically every username I didn’t recognise) Now I’m left with past and current friends, majority of which have been just as inactive as I have been over the past 8 years.

Currently scatter brained at work hyperfocussed from an a mix of an incorrect dosage of my adhd meds and lack of sleep :)

Just over a week until I turn 30 - I don’t have a freaking venue organised yet. I’ve managed to fit 26 people into my apartment but in the past but my drunk ass kept inviting people and now I think I’ve got close to 50 coming…

I’ve been sitting at my desk for an hour. Should probably go work. hehehe

Meanwhile check out this gorgeous summer day :)

Welcome to Japan

Where cars are parked orderly and in reverse

Where fruits can be cubes

Where people keep left

And lamps have different brightness for double beds

People queue up in lines

Applies to stickers too

Where what you get is the same as the poster

you get waved goodbye..?

Relieving both mind and body

Yup.

Smooth train operator

No embarrassing knocking or barging into rooms to check out if they are occupied

When you need an extra hand

For the selfiestas

Brolly holders

Because normal manhole covers are too mainstream

Think diagonal

And anytime u need to soak your feet

Where you raise responsible adults, not brats

And luggage is organised in color codes

When you need help after the condom broke

Instant sanitary gratification

Why they are so welcome at football matches

Where water is that clean in the drains

Nuff said

I haven’t seen a lot of posts that shed some positivity for non-binary Muslims who wear the hijab – I personally sometimes feel it’s frustrating that people see hijabi non-binary people as “female” just because the hijab is an obligation for women. My hijab does not define my gender; only my obligation to my God and my religion!

Shoutout to all non-binary hijabi Muslims out there; you are valid and Allah loves you, insya-Allah!
