Amrâlimê’s Donation

(December 15, 2015) Hello everyone! Below is an update we originally made back on November 27th to show that we donated the Amrâlimê money to the charity. However, we had to put the info in our drafts since we had to further blur out mod Ewebean’s personal information because it was still readable on the post at the time. Our mods were all busy at the time with school and work so we had to wait to edit and post the information again. But now that the info has been edited here is the proof of donation! Thank you for your patience!

We’re SO sorry we’ve been late on providing receipts and proof guys! It’s been insanely busy for all three mods, and yes Ewe did get the money on time she was slammed with work and gallery Student Show work etc. But we did it!

We have donated the $2,441.60 to edenprojects! Give a round of applause! *ROARING CHEERS*

So let us post some receipts and details before we break down the results of this project.

Our Revenue Results!

We’ve made an incredible and astounding $2,441.60 and sold 627 copies on this project. Now that is a lot of trees and we’re certain that’s going to be a forest and it’s all thanks to you guys.

We finally, finally got our revenue payment from Lulu (the publisher we used for the printing of our book) tonight! We just wanted to let you know why it’s taken a bit to receive this, Lulu takes about a month from the date we closed the project (in this case, September 30th) and we just received it this afternoon (October 30th) 

The following post is very image heavy and we decided to put it under a cut.

Amralime is Officially CLOSED!

We will not be taking anymore orders!

We’re so thankful to have had this opportunity to put together a wonderful book made by passionate Hobbit fans to share with other fans in the community!

We will provide proof of donations to the charity soon.

Also there is a new project that is being discussed that will hopefully be revealed and in the works before the end of this year!

2 days left for Amralime!

Hello Everyone!

We’re so pleased that the extension allowed others more time to purchase a copy and to receive more lovely messages from those who got their copies.

However, September is nearing its end and this means that Amralime will be unavailable by night of September 30th at midnight (Eastern/NewYork time) for good. 

We hope that everyone who wanted a copy has already purchased their’s or will have it ordered before the deadline.

Amralime Extension

Hello Everyone! We'd first like to thank everyone who has purchased the Amralime Fanbook! Thank you so much for your support and we're so pleased to see so many enjoying all the wonderful work our artists made for this project. Now onto the update: We decided to give an extension for the books availability to be throughout the rest of September instead of ending it tomorrow. We apologize for the late notice! Our mods have different job and class schedules so it's been hard to catch each other for discussions. Hopefully this helps those who wanted to make a purchase but weren't sure if they could do it this week or earlier. IT’S FINALLY HERE!!!

We can’t thank our artists enough for being a part of this project! We really wanted to create something made by loving fans of Peter Jackson’s trilogy for other fans to enjoy and remember the happiness that these films have brought us.

And in honor of Thorin Oakenshield’s last words, all proceeds from the fanbook will go towards The Eden Projects , a charity that uses their donations to plant trees in Haiti, Madagascar, Ethiopia, and Nepal in order to restore their forests. The charity also employs local villagers to plant these trees which gives them income to provide for their families.

We’ll make sure provide proof of checks and proceeds for the donation by the end of the selling period. 

Good news everyone! 

Amrâlimê: The Hobbit Fanart Anthology is COMPLETED!

We’ve already finished uploading it and the mods have ordered a proof. As much as we would want to go ahead and open purchases for you all, we wanted make sure the physical copy is printed correctly.

Book printing may take a week at most and 2-7 days additional shipping. 

When we receive the proofs we will take photos of the book and make an official post with a link so you may purchase your copy!

We’ll make sure provide proof of checks and proceeds for the donation by the end of the selling period.

The mods are working on finishing the editing for Amrâlimê! We're almost there!

Hey guys!

We apologize for the lack of updates! Mods ewebean and motherofbees were away having an artist table at a con recently and have been busy with different schedules since they got back. 

We just wanted to let you guys know that we have all the pages for the book already organized. So right now we’re just working on editing and decorating the book, and double checking everything so it’s nice before we have it available. 

So rest assured that the book will definitely be available in July and no later! 

As we have said before the book will be available only on Lulu so we cannot take pre-orders. Lulu will be printing and shipping the books.
