sooo a week ago or so i saw @rosymamacita and others comparing bellarke to this very pretty couple from North and South (a movie which no I have not watched …yet) and dang their kiss was amazing… so i kinda felt compelled to doodle a bellarke version. ;)

I created a post for this already, but it got too long with updates so I am creating a new one (with new polls).
Vote For Most is holding multiple polls of which The 100 is nominated for in different ways. You can vote once per day per device. So that means you could vote on your phone and your laptop in the same day if you wanted to, since they are different devices. I’ll be reblogging this every once in a while with updates on our standing to remind you to vote every day.
Best TV Couples - Vote for Bellarke here and here. (One is for 2016, one is for “of all time”.) In the first poll, Bellarke is in first place, leading C/exa by over 9000 votes. In the latter, we barely have any votes at all. We can bring those numbers up very, very quick! So keep voting in both polls.
Best TV Series of 2016 - Vote for The 100 here. The 100 is in third with about 500 votes below Beauty and the Beast (which is winning). That’s nothing. We can bring that number up easily.
Most Beautiful American TV Series Actresses - Vote for Eliza here. She is in fifth place (she used to be in third!) with about 700 votes below Nina Dobrev, who is in first. That is NOTHING you guys, think of all our votes for Bellarke. Show Eliza some love, we can bring that number up in no time at all.
Most Handsome American TV Series Actors - Vote for Bob here. He is currently in first place (but he can lose his spot at any moment), leading Jensen Ackles by over 1500 votes. That’s still not a huge number when you compare it to our Bellarke poll, so it’s definitely a good idea to show Bob some more love!
Each poll ends on January 25, 2017 (except for Best American TV Series of 2016, which ends on January 30, 2017). The Best TV Couples of All Time doesn’t have a listed end date, so it’s important to just continue voting until we know for sure.

Side Note #1: Please remember that at the end of the day, polls aren’t really that important in dictating the future of the show. If we lose, so what? This poll is aboutus so that our fandom can do something nice. For us. If we win, awesome! We deserve it. If we don’t? Oh, well. What are your expectations for the upcoming movie?
This is all I know:
- It won’t be a perfect scene-for-scene adaptation, which is okay and honestly good storytelling. Some stuff that works in the book won’t work in the film and vice versa. Don’t panic!
- FOX sees it differently than most of the other YA adaptations; it’s a more intimate story with a specific, different look and feel. I can’t really tell you more than that, other than I’m really happy with the direction and I think you guys will be, too.
- Jennifer (the director) and Chad (the screenwriter) are both dedicated to preserving the diversity of the cast.
- Depending on when it goes into production, you could see it as early as 2017, but they haven’t settled on a start date and I have no idea how long post production could/will take, so maybe 2018 is a better guess?
- They have a casting director, but I have NO information on how casting is being handled or when they might announce people. I’m sorry! I wish I did. this is the #1 question I get and it’s totally out of my hands. I don’t have a say as far as I know.
- I’m happy to be as involved as they’d like me to be, which could be very little or a lot, depending on things totally out of my hands. But like I said above, they’ve had this project optioned since 2011 and the people at FOX and 21 Laps have a really strong grasp of the story and the characters, and I have a lot of trust in them.

ok but do you realize how fucking great the darkest minds series is? Do you? dO YOU? Like it has this fucking amazing action packed scenes, and you feel like you’re not reading fast enough because so much is happening and you want to take it all in and it’s so stressful and you feel kind of desperate but then everything calms down and you’re able to breath and it hits you how good that last scene was. and then it also has SOME OF THE CUTEST MOTHERFUCKING SCENES IN ALL BOOK HISTORY and it’s all because the characters in this series have gone through so much and are so well developed that you get so attached to them and when something good finally happens it makes your heart go AGGSJSKAKSH (I just want to hug them all) And don’t even get me started on some of the lines in this series, they cut deep, they make you stay up all night just thinking about them. The Darkest minds is just so beautiful so so beautiful and the characters in it are even more beautiful
Honestly if you haven’t read this series, you should really get to it because you are missing out.
•once wore one of those baby carrier things to a bar
•rubys fav picture is from when their first kid was born and Cole had just gotten off his shift at the firehouse so this huge man covered in ash and smoke is standing in the middle of a pastel pink room with smiley faces and cloud decals holding a newborn
• liam can’t threaten boyfriends for shit so Cole takes it upon himself to be casually lounging on the couch and playing with fire in his hands every time one comes to the house
•teaches a 2 year old to fight
•one time he had a date right after he babysat and forgot that he had been given a “makeover” so he showed up to a date with sparkly pink fingernails and lipstick on his forehead (his date thought it was cute tho)
•if he ever has to take them to school in the morning their lunches either end up being a bag of chips and a sad sandwich or a happy meal dropped off at lunchtime
•the oldest boy looks exactly like Liam and since Cole and Liam look so much alike people always assume he belongs to Cole
• “being an uncle’s pretty cool. it’s like, you get kids that are related to you and love you, but at the end of the day they’re not yours and you can send them home for their parents to deal with em. it’s like rent-a-kid.”
•whenever the kids learn new swear words Cole and vida toss the blame for it back and forth
•"what do you lift?“ “a 4 year old and a 6 year old”
•he shows everyone pictures of them and it’s cute but so obnoxious he could be in the middle of saving someone from a fire and be like “oh my god, my niece has that shirt it’s her favorite I bought it for her birthday look here’s a picture”

•when the kids start showing signs of having abilities like their parents it makes his job 10x harder because by the end of it he has 4 kids to babysit who can make things fly and control minds and god knows what else
