Something I noticed when watching Big Hero 6 again was that Aunt Cass didn’t start the “Last Hug” thing until after Tadashi’s death. It makes me think the reason why was in case anything happened to her or Hiro. She wanted to share a last hug between them with the one she never got to give to Tadashi. Baymax is at least there to fill that void up. Happy angst!
