The most frustrating thing with Pretty Little Liars. Who agrees with this?

I honestly think PLL has taken the wrong approach to giving fans answers. Why is there this trend whereby answers are ONLY given in finales? That’s such a bad approach because nothing is being done to satisfy fans with answers who watch WEEKLY.

But why does this matter? Well, as we saw with the finale, they clearly ran out of time to tell us EVERYTHING. There’s still way more things that needed to be answered in the show but because there was no time, Marlene had to do it via interviews (such as Wilden killed Garret, closure on Ian, etc). Wilden killing Garret is something that should’ve been revealed IN the show, and it doesn’t have to be revealed in a finale!!? So if the writers knew this answer all along (which they claim they have), I don’t understand why they waited until writing 6x10 to give it to us and then they realise there’s no time to give it so they end up NOT giving it. Ummmm, what about the past 3 seasons since Garret died? Why was there a need to wait until a finale to give this?

Also, Sara being Red Coat and Black Widow could’ve EASILY been revealed anywhere between 6x01 (first appearance) to 6x09, without even giving away any hints that CeCe is Big A (I totally understand saving the big reveal for the finale though). We need answers to satisfy us weekly. This is the only show I watch where ONLY finales give answers. How To Get Away With Murder - clues every single episode. The Flash - satisfying closure to mysteries every episode, or every second episode.

But this is where PLL is doing it wrong. Answers do not only need to come in finales. Give us answers across the episodes! With PLL, I can understand not giving answers in every single episode or we would’ve been done by season 3, but something to tease us or keep us satisfied that the puzzle is coming together rather than introducing Clark, Johnny, Talia, Lorenzo when we still need answers on Wren, Melissa, Jenna, Lucas, etc…

I don’t like their approach of waiting for ONE episode in the end to give every single possible answer and then we find out due to time restrictions not everything was answered when in reality they actually had 6 years, and I don’t know why the writers translate 6 years to 1 episode to give answers. Wrong approach!

You all know I love PLL, but I needed to get this off my chest and I’m sure some of you agree too!? :)

Imagine if Jason had been A, and he was like, “I’m not even Jason. This is Jason,” and held up a picture of Jason from season 1. “I killed him and stole his identity and you people didn’t even notice.”

And then every PLL fan in the world would lose their mind screaming that they had noticed, but they didn’t think it was an actual clue.

Seriously. It would feel exactly how the actual reveal did, but at least it would have been fucking hilarious.

PLL 6x11 Of Late I Think of Rosewood predictions

Alison: As we can see from the promo Ali will be going by Alison Rollins now. She is seen writing Mrs. Rollins on the chalk board. I think Alison will have married Charlotte’s doctor. The girls are seen running into her classroom warning her that ‘he’ is after her. Indicating there is a new villain after Alison

Aria will live in California. If you look at one of the books on the desk it says California. I think she will either be working or interning as a journalist. Possibly have written a book about ‘A’ (Charlotte) Aria is seen with Ezra in a hotel feed. I think the two will possibly be in relationships with other people and cheat on their others while the two are in Rosewood. Aria says “I know you did this to protect me”. Possibly speaking to Ezra about keeping their affair secret?

Spencer will have graduated college and possibly in grad school. I think Spencer is struggling with PTSD the most out of the girls. Mona asks her if she still had nightmares. Caleb and Spencer are seen talking and Caleb says “You were given an impossible choice”. Perhaps Mona and Spencer are going head to head in politics?

Hanna is engaged. I’m guessing it wont be Caleb. Not sure yet though.

Emily looks like she struggled with relationships after being betrayed by so many. It looks like she is waking up from a one night stand in the promo. Emily and Toby sit on her porch and you can see a military flag for killed soldiers in the window. My guess is her father dies. She is also seen in the graveyard and Shower Harvey is lurking in the background.

Just like the books Radley has been turned into a hotel. Why the girls would enjoy cocktails in that place is BESIDE me
