Reviving my old Graphic River account to make my self challenged drawing new character every single day.

I let my cellphone with my 2 year old daughter for half an hour or so, she can recognize Youtube icons, if there are no Youtube she will open Safari to check if there’s a video open.

Sweet Evernote 😘

No, this is not a tutorial of Evernote. Rather than a compliment to the unicorn startup for giving me a chance to recover my note by giving me one month Premium account for free.

How is this happen? It’s because a bug on OS X client. I was working on a moodboard for upcoming Path sticker, but suddenly the table I have created vanished. I was in panic and the tweeted the problem without mentioning Evernote.

Then, in the evening I got reply from Evernote by the name Dorothy. She gave me one month Premium account for free to restore my previous note.

Thanks to awesome customer support, I can restore my previous notes on the moodboard. 

What we can learn from this? If your users complain about your product, don’t yell at them, just give them a way to solve their problem. In this case, the only way is to convert my account to Premium. Don’t turn away your customer, you will never know what they say about your product. 

This might seems a way to make user consider to use premium account, and I think it’s the nicest way to do it. 

Will I ever convert to Premium account? Maybe, but probably someday when I wrote more important notes on Evernote or have to sync more than two devices.
