Hello! I really hate making posts like this, but the landlord of my apartment sent a vacate in 90 days notice to all residents on 2/22/24, because he decided to sell the building, so to cover moving fees and temporary housing I'm opening emergency commissions! Everything will be PWYW with a minimum of $10 for headshots and $15 for full bodies!

UPDATE: 3/8/2024

Yesterday on 3/7/2024 everyone in my apartment building received a letter threatening to formally evict us if we do not pay rent or leave the premises by 3/13/2024, despite prior agreement with my dad to forego receiving the security deposit back and not having to pay rent during the 90 days we were given initially to move out.

The other tenants in the building also had similar arrangements. Additionally, we're receiving late fees and this threat of eviction despite our rent having always been due in the 3rd of every month. (It was only 4 days late upon receiving this notice.)

Because we used our normal rent money to get our utilities completely caught up, so y'know we can actually move out once we find a place, we're unable to pay it before 3/13.

I need $500 to cover the rest of the late rent cost they're charging us with, in order to avoid being evicted in less than a week.

Anyways here’s a Switch emulator and New Horizons for said emulator, fuck Nintendo.

i saw the other annoying post and it also didn’t mention this so as a warning i do want to say that emulators are incredibly beefy programs that require a LOT of processing power, especially a switch emulator, so this isn’t really an easy free way to play animal crossing. a laptop is almost certainly not going to be able to run a switch emulator with animal crossing unless that laptop was made by, like, god or whatever, and an old pc isn’t going to either. so if you don’t have the means to get animal crossing but you do have a powerful computer, go ahead and download the game – but acting as if emulation is a super easy way to play inaccessible games, especially new ones, is just going to end up disappointing a lot of people. honestly, stealing a physical switch & copy of the game is probably easier for most people.
