In the movie, The Princess Diaries, Mia receives a diary from her grandmother in which to record her new royal life. The diary had a lock for which the key to open it was a locket Mia wore around her neck.
Definitely one of my favorites! The diary/journal is gorgeous 😍

BREAKING: Seven Go Missing During Annual Halloween Scavenger Hunt — It’s (very) late, but it’s here! This was my first Halloween spread, so I wanted to make it special and (sorta) spooky! I downloaded a newspaper template, and came up with a bad plot. – Regardless of that, I still really loved the process of making this spread. The story goes as follows: As they try to solve clues and riddles to win this year’s prize, Taehyung hears crying beyond the scavenger hunt’s set boundaries. Kim Seokjin, aka the resident Voice of Reason, votes not to go beyond the boundary and just call for help. But… they go anyways (curse Taehyung and his curiosity). They don’t end up returning; the search is difficult, and footprint trails just seem to disappear. It’s like something doesn’t want them to be found. If so, did you write in it today? You should; to both! Journaling has been a breath of fresh air in a smoggy city, and I've only been doing it on and off for a month.
Journaling lets you get so much off your chest without worrying what someone else will think of you. It lets you get your thoughts written down in front of you so that you can think more clearly. And it lets you be able to go back and see what was going on, how you were feeling about it, and so much more!
Consistently journaling is a strength and just like all strengths has to be built up. You might start out writing every day for a week or two straight, and then proceed to barely write for the rest of the month. That's okay! Just grab your journal and write down about how you're having trouble staying consistent.
It. Takes. Time! And there's no shame in admitting to yourself that you're having trouble with a brand new routine. That example up above? That's me! But I'm pushing myself and writing.
What am I writing about? Anything! Or nothing! Because atguably the biggest part about it is the rhythm, not what you write.
So please start journaling; you'll thank yourself sooner than you think!

Here’s an old journal that I used two years ago! It’s so amazing to see myself grow because, although I can still vividly remember 2017 and its events, I strongly believe I’m no longer the same person that I was and I’m very content with that!
