Literally the worst thanksgiving

Rant below….
So much for a day full of fun,loving,thankfulness,and kindness. My family has gotten into a screaming match, my aunt has constantly been making snide remakes about fat people and diabetes(family has history of it) trash talking both my mom, my 6 year old brother and grandfather when they aren’t around. She is literal poison. She is controlling and suffocating. I’ve final had enough and spoke my mind and now I’m outside crying , shaking, and wondering why I’m even alive. I wonder if it can get worse….
Update: It's my fault and I ruined the holiday, we are no longer doing Christmas and I apparently don't love my grandparents. So I left the house the only way I could, on foot with no shoes because my grandfather forbade me from leaving. My fiance picked me up on the side of the road, headed to his mom's now.
