WELCOME HOME;;

When a building is over 150 years old, there’s no telling the number of occupants that have been through the rooms (or just what happened to each of them.) In the heart of Los Angeles, California, there stands an apartment complex that’s been remodeled and modernized twice over the past one hundred years, hoping to draw in new tenants and help those that have been there a while, to forget those they’ve lost.

Rumors say it’s haunted; that those that have died in the building haven’t been able to break away from it, and have gotten into the habit of blending in with their still-living neighbors. While some may know of these spirits among them, they’ve been told to do their best to keep it a secret (along with the handful that know of the supernatural beings that also wander their halls.

The rooms come fully furnished, with one, two or three bedrooms. There’s a restaurant and cafe on the first floor, as well as a small convenience shop. The pool behind the building is open to all occupants, as is the basement’s fitness center and spa. Rules to those of the supernatural or paranormal type are to not kill their neighbors, but as long as you don’t get caught, there’s no limit to what you can get away with. 

THE RULES;;

Be active. If you’re going to be away for more than a week, message a mod. This group is completely au, all fandoms and ocs are allowed. Includes humans, witches, ghosts, werewolves, demons and vampires.  No out of character drama. In character drama is nice, but don’t overdo it. Must be 18+ out of character to join. Duplicate face claims are only allowed as twins, and must be okay’ed through the mun already in the verse. (Do not pressure them. If they say no, the answer is no. Note: their approval does not automatically get you in to the verse.) Track the tag      (v; iwct)
