Meal prep like pro
After watching this documentary (and another one), I have decided that once I'm done eating all the meat I bought the other day that I'm going to become a vegetarian again! I was a vegetarian for a year and a half when I was 15/16, and I always said I would go back to it when I lived in my phone but never did. I highly recommend watching this because it shows how truly unhealthy eating meat and dairy is. I lost 15 lbs when I became a vegetarian before, so I suppose we'll see what happens!
