As inspiration for my second book, I am hoping to travel around the world for six months and share these experiences through poetry.

Hello friends, My name is glenn and i am writing a book called glenns little book of quotes , i have a very good start on the publication and as of now i have put together quit a few quotes. This may sound easy to do but it isnt, it takes drive, determination and perseverance,i have all those qualities but this is work and i love work . The finished project is what makes it all worth while. The goal is to give the reader a thought for the day and lighten the mood , and put a smile on his or her face. The funds are going to be used for publishing and distribution along with some moderate advertising .I am extremely excited about this project because i have been so inspired all my life by family, friends and people in general, and by being a good listener i have picked up on a lot of useful things that have gotten me to this point in my career. I have been successful in all the other areas of my carreer and i have nonething but good feelings about writing and completing this book.
Risks and challenges
For starters i have obtained a lawyer for copywriting issues ,also a proof reader has been obtained which is a neccessity. By obtaining theses key people on this project i am narrowing the window between completion of the book and sales. i have been seeking out and interviewing distribution and publishing companies . i plan to also have a hand in advertising.

The money requested is to help subsidize living expenses while I work on the book. I work full time and writing a book with that and other obligations can be somewhat frustrating. What I am looking for is not a free ride but simply a little help as I will continue to work and just take a few days off here and there where I feel more creative to get larger sections of the book done. However in my current financial situation I cannot afford any time off. So I am asking for funding to subsidize my time when needed to write my book and get it published.

At the beginning of all was common expedition - same like many others before - wander with metal detector in woods, old abandoned buildings and ancient ruins, looking for some signs of hidden cellars like holes on the ground or sound of hollow when you tread heavily. As there are always the best treasures to find than anywhere else.
Usually the best discovery was couple of copper or in better case silver coins or broken dagger. But this time it was different - inside a small inconspicuous hill in underground den was found a metal tube.

I have been writing for some time and I think I'm starting to get good at it. You can judge for yourself at my website [link removed]. Simply put, very few good novels are being found, published, and read these days. It would be nice to be able to actually focus just on writing instead of constantly pursuing my dream secondary to working another job and paying the bills. If a top ten pop artist can sell 100,000 copies or less of their music, why can't a writer of literary fiction enjoy the same success?
The funds will support me through the next two months of research and in doing the writing. I already have a theme and rough outline and this story is coming together better than anything I have done.
The book with be metaphysical, thematically. It will focus on a Viking and what it means to disobey the fundamental laws of the universe.

So I started crafting an alternate reality and really only changed a few recent events (the last 150 years or so). Those events ripple out in significant in ways and dramatically change the world into something unique and awesome.

1. Instead of 3 countries in North America (Canada, U.S., and Mexico), there are 8. I don't want to get too specific, but I will say that Alaska is called Russian America and shares a border with its neighbor to the south: Spanish California.

Other risk is not being to find the right publishing company. This is the main challenge right now, and with your financial support, I will be able to utilize all the resources and tools I have in my possession to land a publishing deal and hopefully make this one of the most popular novels and turn it into a movie.

Risks and challenges
the biggest risk on paper is not finding a publisher.
However that shouldn't be a real problem 'cause I'm not that bad regarding marketing (one of my fields of study at university).
