@tarotprose tagged me, wanting me to show off my reading space. :D

I do a lot of readings at my computer because that’s where I have Skype set up, etc. BUT, for email readings, I always carry them out at my altar. It’s definitely a sacred space, but I do not mind sharing it here. In fact, it makes me smile to know I’m showing these to people who will respect and relate to them.

These are kind of glamour shots (I was taking pics for my website), but you get the idea. Books, crystals, cards, salt lamp, candles, incense, & more. My heart on a table.

Hola. I have been away for some time, it feels. And that’s because I have been wearing a slightly different hat. For the past couple of months, I have been the stage manager for a theatre show directed by my husband. It was an awesome experience that wrapped up tonight. While I am so grateful it happened, I am also very much missing the Tarot world. So, expect to see much more of me and my content once again! Xoxo

SETTING YOUR INTENTIONS Tarot Spread

Created to work with the new moon’s energy, but you can use this handy spread at any time.

While crafting this, I pictured setting an intention like planting a seed. Each card walks you through planting your idea, seeing it take root, and then learning how to nurture it.

1. The Seed - your intention

2. Hesitation - fears stopping you from planting

3. Push It in the Ground - overcoming fears & then the waiting process

4. Taking Root - how your intention will first show itself becoming a reality

5 & 6. Bring It to the Surface - ways to nurture your intention and make it work for you in the best ways possible!

There’s a trumpet sounding from my soul...

And it’s calling for help from all of you.

My friend is one of a kind. She has done so much for so many people, and she will continue to do so. But, as all people do (whether they’re spreading light or dark), she’s hit a rough spot. Her heart is breaking. But she has to remain strong.

The Universe has her back, but it’s also giving us our own orders. As mystical beings who are more in touch with higher consciousness and energy, we have the ability to send love and encouragement in her direction.

By no means should you do this if it makes you uncomfortable or whatever. Maybe you don’t even know @queenofchalices. That’s fine.

If you do know me, though, you know I started a business with her over a year ago. While we went separate ways on that front, Nicole is still my good friend. If you find it in your heart to send her some love, I would greatly appreciate it. And, if you want to know what’s going on, check out her blog; she made a public post about it.
