Tynesha Evans was a single mother of four children, two of them minors. She was an author, mother, visionary and she worked for Ciox Health. Her life was stolen from her children around 11:40 am on March 16th by a heartless person. She was getting money out of the ATM to pay bills but now it has to go toward her funeral.

Oh my lord they were on the local news tonight holding a vigil for their mom. They’ve been going through it, their apartment nearly evicted them and turned their lights off TODAY (March 19th 2019) and when Tyler Perry stepped in to try to help them with rent for the next 6 months the apartment manager wouldn’t allow it until people started calling their corporate office to complain. Even the news anchors were pissed about it. Anything y'all could give would definitely be appreciated.

A long time ago I took a course on the sociology of marriage and my professor said “With compromise, you both lose. As a couple, you must collaborate on the best possible outcome.” Ever since, I never prioritize compromise in a relationship, only collaboration.
There is no difference between white people and White People™, straight people and Straight People™, cis people and Cis People™, and so on.
Wanting a buffer to differentiate between good and bad members of an oppressor class or subgroup completely destroys the nuance of how privilege, oppression, microaggressions, and discrimination function materially and only serves to assuage the guilty conscience of those people and to give them plausible deniability regarding their own behaviors.
Its not about a good and Bad™ binary, its about how a spectrum of behaviors and social functions create and maintain damaging social conditions that are enforced, willingly and unwillingly, actively and passively, by the actions of the privileged and how they should take action to check those behaviors and mindsets in themselves, as well as how their own intersections don’t cancel out their privileges, but alter their appearance and behaviors.
