becoming a "somebody" in a community changed my life and, I dunno if it's for better or for worse.
...probably worse since... I'm someone who's always strived for a more adult audience, yet I'm stuck with one that caters to kids. And now I'm being demonized for it.
Then again... I did try being part of the FNaF fandom before... bleh...

I love how using masculine pronouns on generally-viewed genderless things/characters tend to not get you any reactions, but the moment, the MOMENT you use feminine pronouns on said things, EVERYONE starts correcting you or throws a hissy fit.

The gator is the whole point. It's a stand-in for the author that has felt the need to suppress the aspects of themself that others find unappealing, their anger, their sadness, the things people find abrasive or just "weird" in order to make themself more digestible for the people around them because the alternative is to be alone. The gator is only "cute" and "lovable" because it was not allowed to be anything else.
