She’s fucked up from her past, she’s made a lot of bad choices and kept secrets that hurt people, she’s divorced, she cheated on her partners, she’s repeated destructive behaviour stemming from low self-esteem/self-image issues but she keeps fucking trying and building healthier relationships with her partner and her daughter and she’s brought two other girls who have had traumatic pasts into her home with Jawbone and tried her best to be there, look out for and help them. And that’s so important. She can’t undo what she’s done as a young woman but she can protect these girls, give them a home and help them make better choices. It’s not easy. Fig and Kristen push back and test boundaries but since reconciling with Fig in freshman year, Sandra Lynn hasn’t stopped.
