Can someone explain to me why suddenly Eden Hazard become our second captain ? I really like him but… Jan Vertonghen ? Why it’s not him anymore ? Why change things now ?

I am sorry I really love Eden but I am not agree with him being our second captain, Jan did a really great job so far and that’s like a stab in the back. 

Okay, against France, It seems somehow right that Eden wears the captain’s armband but for me it should be a one game thing. He doesn’t seems the captain type for me… I hope I am wrong…

But it’s not fair for Jan or for Axel. I really don’t understand Wilmots… Why doing this right now ? With all the schalke rumors, the end of the season and those who say that some players don’t want him anymore… It doesn’t seem to me the brightest thing to do. :(

I think Wilmots trying to focus more on Hazard for Belgium - has been criticized for not getting enough from him. poor Jan. I always think Kompany and Jan have captain materials you know... they can speak both Dutch and Frnch. also have a good relationship with lads. they have most caps for Belgium Kompany & Vertonghen (69), Fellaini (62), Dembele (61), Witsel (58), E. Hazard (56).
