After a long hiatus I think I'm finally back.

Three years ago today, I starting dating the love of my life. Before him, I was in a pretty dark place. I was cynical and sad and I had a pretty bad view of the world. I was lucky to find my soulmate at such a young age. In three years, we've grown together, cried together, laughed together, and spent moments of silence just in each other's arms. I cherish every moment I spend with him, because I don't get many. Being states away from each other has strained us, but it's nothing we couldn't handle. We've always persevered and come out the other side stronger. I love you, Danny. So much that I can't put it into words. You are a physical form of my happiness. You've brought me so much joy, and you've restored my faith that this world isn't so bad, and I won't have to ever be in it without you. You are my heart and soul. My universe. I got to see Iron Maiden for the first time tonight

It's surreal. I still can't believe I occupied the same area as them. I went ill, very ill, but I was NOT missing this concert. I was so impressed, it was SO much better than I ever could have imagined. Bruce Dickinson's seriously impressive. He's gotta be pushing 60 at least and that dude was ALL OVER the stage, jumping around and spinning and shit. His voice was AMAZING too. I'm still processing. I'm so happy I got to go. I get to see Ozzy in August and then I think I can die happy. I'll post pictures tomorrow when I sleep off the headache and contact buzz, haha.
