** Double post

“ Im the Op for the recent Natalie confession, I never said anything about flaunting my body for her.  I was saying I’m doing that again for her cheating hubby. And he LOVED it the 1st time.  NO the fans weren’t around so funny k off with that statement. I’m saying shes my motivation for looking good. It’s a dig at how awful she is looking. Don’t tell me well she’s had 6 kids. Who gives a shit!! Look at Kim Kardashian bitch looks damn good after having 3 . Natalie is just lazy & a Instagram  seeking #&%$ who flaunts her soo perfect life. Little does she know what her hubby has been doing behind her back.   She’s soo damn caught up in her soo called perfect life that the fans don’t know the real tea. Go ahead & come at me with your bullshit love for this woman. Idfc really 😂😂😂😂😂 “

“ Why the Natalie hate? She’s a pretty girl raising nice kids who obviously has brains. I always loved that Taylor ended up with the girl next door and not a celebrity. Of course I wanted him at 12 and 15 and maybe even 17. But now he’s like a long lost friend I don’t see very often but witness their life from afar. “

Give me Natalie Hanson over Kim Kartrashian any time!

“I wish Hanson would allow everyone to book BTTI on the same day to give even new people the same opportunities for the best rooms. Previous attendees will go anyway, so why not reward prospective attendees for a change?”

So much bitterness about BTTI it’s almost funny now. So today’s subject is the presales. Have you ever considered that: - The event is sold on Island Gigs’ website

- Island Gigs is not Ticketmaster. It’s a small operation, with a couple of people manning the phones, if that. All emails are dealt with by one guy, Sven.

- Now imagine if you had several hundred people trying to book at the same time. Would that work? It’s not Ticketmaster. It would crash.

- Nobody feels ‘special’ for having a certain presale. It’s just a nice gesture from IG/Hanson to offer some kind of perk for customer loyalty, just in the same way as if you have a loyalty card from a store will get you access to special sales or perks.

I don’t know why people hate the idea that some people go to BTTI, but it’s really quite vitriolic at the moment.

**Double post - BTTI 2020 special

“Certain Fansons don’t show any glimmer of intelligence by publicly voicing their annoyance at where BTTI is going to be held, or disappointment at the activities and then rush to book anyway“

“Moaning about the cost & location but also saying BTTI is just about seeing your friends is such bs. If it’s just about seing your friends why not arrange a holiday without Hanson for a fraction of the price? Oh no, wait it’s because of HANSON!”

Why are people so judgemental about what others do for a vacation?  Some people enjoy vacations with friends, some enjoy trips with family. Some of us enjoy something with friends we never get to see AND concerts and the excitement about the band being there.

Yeah, the resort isn’t the best choice and from what we’ve heard from a member of Hanson’s staff, it had already been booked so feedback could not be taken into account. They probably booked it for a chunk of few years so, tough. Was it awful? No, it just wasn’t as good as the previous one. Did we still have fun. Hell yeah. If you sour grapers think we’re so stupid for going, be my guest. I had a fantastic time every year, even when it rained in 2018. There’s something so awesome about going on a trip to the Caribbean AND seeing your friends AND seeing the shows that just does not compare with a regular vacation.

But I guess all you Little Miss Sourgrapes will never know.

“Good job of sticking to your beliefs“

Am I the only one who thinks that maybe the lunch box is just a funny, tongue-in-cheek thing to bundle with the listening party ticket? Come on. They’re not selling it in the store. It’s just like the stressball from a few years ago. They’re not selling those things in Wal-Mart.

“People complaining on hnet about not getting m&g’s are just as tacky as those begging for them… honestly lots of artists charge hundreds of dollars for something Hanson are willing to do for free. Calm down.”

I think the problem is that some people have been members for like 10+ years and still not got one while some got multiples. I 100% respect Hanson for not charging for a M&G and I agree with what people said here that the same people would pay for them over and over so nobody else would stand a chance either way BUT - HNET should make their own ‘random’ system fairer and really check who’s been a member for a long time and still hasn’t had one, and allocate a space to them first.

“Did Taylor have a nose job? It’s a lot smaller in the bottom set“

People implying that his deviated septum was as a result of a coke habit - do you know how serious a habit one needs to have to get to that point? Like I don’t doubt that Taylor took drugs in those years (maybe he still does, who knows) but he would have had to really really cane it to cause those problems. And that’s not something you can easily hide when you’re mega famous.

EDIT: you can have a deviated septum from birth too. Maybe they never picked it up and it started to give him trouble later in life.

“I’ve been following Hanson for more than 21 years. Their music always spoke to me when I needed it the most. I was truly happy to see them on Lorraine. It’s always a joy when they are in the UK. Not sure who looked hotter there! I just wish they played something, but it’s understandable they didn’t. They had a show that night and so many rehearsal to do for it. They should do more TV outside the USA. ”

The problem is the British media doesn’t treat them with respect. The UK music press is renowned to be the most venomous of all (not just when it comes to Hanson). So as much as I like to see them on TV, I don’t think they have much to gain from it. But Lorraine is always nice to them. We love Lorraine.

“I’m sorry but this whole look is not attractive. I don’t understand why fans drooled over him in this outfit”

It’s really not the outfit. It’s how much less of it there is than what he usually wears.

Exactly. It’s the fact that normally he’s covered from head to toe and suddenly, he’s in a tank top? That was kind of revolutionary. Maybe he’s feeling better about himself, or doesn’t care anymore, but either way, I think it’s good for him that he feels he doesn’t have to bake in the Jamaican heat just to hide his skin from the fans.

“I have to admit it was a great edition of Back To The Island… until the last concert. Yes it was quite funny but still it’s not fair to fuck up so much when we pay a lot for those concerts!”

Firstly, how interesting how most of the comments to this confession are from people who were not there?

I was there and yes, I’d agree that the set was riddled with problems. It’s weird because it was simultaneously a great set and a terrible set: the energy was really good at first, and the setlist was great. The guys were really into it. But things went wrong from the start with technical issues and then I don’t know what caused it but Taylor totally lost it and kept forgetting words, to the point that during a a song he practically froze and looked panicked.

If there is one thing I’ll say to all the people bitching on this confession that Hanson don’t care, etc, is that if you had been there and had seen Taylor’s face in that moment, you’d know that he did care, a lot. Something went wrong that day and we’ll never know what/why but I’m pretty sure that Hanson know damn well that they fucked up and are not proud of it. The fact that Taylor, the most professional of all 3, was so visibly upset, said it all for me.

“BTTI isn’t an exclusive fanclub members event, it’s an annual cult retreat”

Sure, you tell yourself that, Little Miss Sour Grapes. It’s not a fun vacation with your friends and your favourite band, nope.

Funny how people feel that they can judge others on how they spend their money, when they’d probably kill to be there themselves.
