Not to sound fucking alarmist, but uhhhhhh if Trump forcing immigrants to wear yellow insignias wasn’t enough of an alarm bells for you, maybe this is.

You know when you read Number the Stars in fourth grade and everyone was all “I’d have been a good guy. This wouldn’t happen today” 

Now’s a great time to be fourth grade you. 

(this is terrifying but there ARE things to do! Donate money or goods if you can, especially to help pay lawyers representing these people. If you are able to, house a refugee in your home. there are resources for how to do that here.)

(we are allowed to feel angry and afraid and mourn these horrors but don’t just do that! I understand not all can take direct action but at least spread these kinds of resources around. we can’t count on the US government to fix this)
