obsidianmooncrate commissioned me to draw an andreil book sleeve for their upcoming June Pride box!!

I don’t think I’ve ever reposted a comic before–but with a small tweak, this one seemed to fit.
Congratulations everyone on making it through this incredibly tough year. I am keeping you, and especially those of you who experienced loss, in my thoughts.
Hoping for a better 2021!
# grown siblings fighting over tamagotchis
A show where you can tell the creator has actual siblings
Can confirm: this is the kind of shit my idiot brother and I fight over

Libraries are free, mostly. Pretty much everything millennials are “killing” costs money.
Plus, unlike half the stuff we’re killing, libraries actually have a practical use
we out here
Not to be *that* millennial, but as a librarian I’d just like to say that the greatest thing you can do to support your local library is to understand how they are funded and to support their funding with your vote. Libraries can do a lot all on their own but quite often they cannot legally “toot their own horn” so-to-speak when it comes to advocating for sustaining or increasing funding, getting levies or bond issues passed, etc. Libraries need you to love them not just with your checkouts and attendance at programs.
We can do that too.
build libraries on dead golf courses.
We Are Dewey’s Army X3
Friendly reminder that many Libraries double function as free schools and other free resources, sometimes including otherwise inaccessible technology, like 3D printers.
The libraries in my city host ‘English as a Secondary Language’ classes, cooking classes, classes on how to use that 3D printer, local history classes, responsible naturalistic gardening classes, beekeeping classes, and all sorts of other fun topics. Plus the plethora of clubs that use the library conference rooms as their meeting place.
All for free.
Support and visit your local library. Ask about their services and classes. VOTE TO KEEP THEM FUNDED
While we’re on the topic of libraries, please be sure to support library workers. We’re more than just the people who get you your books, and there is a lot of research coming out about low morale amongst librarians, requires a great deal of emotional labor, and report high rates of mental illness. Also, as is the case with customer facing jobs, we experience a LOT of verbal harassment from patrons, and high rates of sexual harassment. It’s also worth checking out the #protectlibraryworkers tag on Twitter to see how many library workers are being put at very high risk during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Supporting libraries needs to include supporting library workers. Libraries without library workers are warehouses for books.
DUDE.
Now I want to make a sticker or button or both that says “DEWEY’S ARMY” and donate the proceeds to my local library.

All for the Game by Nora Sakavic
This is the funniest thing I have ever read
I have to hear this song nonstop while I’m working and this makes it so much better

Nothing like absolutely vIBING with people who lived 102 years ago
Who run the world? These badass ladies do.
(not too happy with how this turned out - I really liked the lineart but somewhere along the way I slightly butchered the colours. oh well!)
that kitchen scene from all for the game.

“You are a pipe dream.” - Nora Sakavic, The King’s Men
Here we have Neil and Andrew from the All for the Game series by Nora Sakavic 🧡🦊. I finished the last book around a week or so ago and knew right away that I had to do an Andreil illustration yes or yes, my heart needed it. This is by far one of the illustrations that took me the longest to finish (19 hours). I did around 4 Neil faces until I got one right. But at the end, I’m really happy with the finale result. So hope that all of you AFTG fans are as well! ♥️ I think I will do the 3 girls one day as well

Charlie, a highly-strung, openly gay over-thinker, and Nick, a cheerful, soft-hearted rugby player, meet at a British all-boys grammar school. Friendship blooms quickly, but could there be something more…?
Heartstopper updates three times a month, on the 1st, 11th, and 21st.
Much of the advice Nick is following here is inspired by the advice available on the Beat Eating Disorders website. If you have a friend or family member possibly dealing with an undiagnosed eating disorder, this page has a lot of really good advice: www.beateatingdisorders.org.uk/supporting-someone/worried-about-friend
I really appreciate reblogs and shares - please help me spread word about this comic! I’m so excited for people to read it!
I mean, funny things happen. In the end, it went well.
Hi and welcome to this alternative Wayward Son dimension in which everything is the same except Simon Snow still has an undercut and Penelope Bunce has always had purple hair.
(I´m sorry but Rainbow will have to pry that headcanon from my cold, dead hands.)
-> “There they are. Our boys. The Ark. blurry, pixelated smudges, half blocked by huge bodyguards in dark suits. Rowan is leading them, Jimmy in the middle, Lister behind. They seem connected. Like the Beatles on Abbey Road”
