I usually do 0.12 but it really depends on how many frames you have... I never go past 0.2. Just play your gif a few times until you get the speed you want! If you go too slow, it can seem a bit choppy, and if you go too fast, it's just... not good.

Hmmm all I do is add stroke (1) and drop shadow (50 or 75%). Hope that helps!!
