AOMR Dai Kaiju Haiku Contest

We introduced our venture into the world of Dai Kaiju Haiku back in 2013 quite by accident. Our debut cover contest winner JM Reinbold was primarily a writer with artistic talents. She didn’t have any kaiju art to feature in the gallery space inside the magazine. So she wrote three haiku. Over the years, as JM found the All-Out Monster Revolt a fascinating venture and became more involved. She wrote a few more dai kaiju haiku that became the start of our dai kaiju haiku pop art trading card series…

Now, as we embark on the second series we’ve opened the doors to the fans with a great opportunity; a contest! There are multiple levels of the prize to be had like the winning haiku featured in the magazine then turned into cards that will be part of the second series. Not to mention, perhaps the best part of the contest a $25 cash prize to each winner.

Dai Kaiju Haiku is a growing trend because of its simplistic elegance to describe the giant monster condition and its just fun to compose tiny nuances about the awesome aspects from the giant monster mythos.
