In a way, she understood why he said that but, in another, she wasn’t used to being called her real name. More for her to adjust to. “..I understand.” She said with a simple nod of her head, averting her eyes away from his own. Cao Xing..felt strange to think of her name.

Hello, my dear friends. It is so good and so surprising to see that I’ve now got 50 FOLLOWERS!!!! (Well, technically 51, but WHO’S COUNTING) I’ve only done this blog for exactly 6 weeks as of today and to get so many followers in that space of time—especially for an RP noob like me portraying a very controversial character like Liu Shan—it’s kinda amazing. I really don’t know what to say other than to give you my warmest thanks.

Thank you SO much for the support. In fact, because I’m such a generous emperor of China, I’ll be doing giveaways!!! 

Rules are simple: One like = one vote; One reblog = 2 votes. Replies are appreciated but don’t count. Whoever I pick out from my proverbial hat will get a drawing by ME for any character they like from the Koei series A.K.A Dynasty Warriors, Samurai Warriors and Warriors Orochi. All the trimmings and textures and everything. (I also accept DLC outfits or whatever crazy outfit pops into your head but you will have to be VERY specific. Pictures are preferable when possible in the description.)

You also have to be one of my followers. (Please don’t follow just for the sake of the prize, please? I don’t want to have to report people now) Of course, I have to be able to contact you so you have about 48 hours from me sending the message for you to give me your character and/or AU 

PSD files of the drawings can be given also, but only by request by the winners. I must warn you, it’s not that exciting really. I usually just scan the pencil drawing and then colour under in Photoshop. 

Oh, and don’t use the pictures for any commercial usage. If you want to share them on your own blog, ask me first. If I give my permission, it’s yours to post as you see fit.

There’s three prizes on the draw and they’re all drawings BY ME!!

First place: A full drawing of your character with detailing and no messy pencil lines (Unlike the above. I kinda had to do that one quickly…). I’ll make this SUPER DUPER FANCY for your liking. By request, you can also have the PSD file it came from. 

Second place: Bust of the character, but also fully rendered. 

Third place: Full-sized (or bust if asked) of your character but it’ll only be a pencil scan. No colouring (unless grayscale counts) or any manipulation of any kind outside of some lineart tweaking. 

DEADLINE IS THE 26TH OF SEPTEMBER MY TIME!!! THE COMPETITION ENDS ON 26/9.

Only a couple more days. This ALL ends this Friday. Like and reblog for a chance to get some artwork and stuff!

It was too much of a family. And that was the problem, Especially when some wants to have a powerful seat in power. He hated how some who weren’t the main royal branch tried every method to steal the crown and sway the ministers. It was a mess really and only a few can stand out.

♠ - “I have a list of names at least. An actual one. You’ll have to eventually keep one around too. Your grandfather was born from a Eunuch Family.. But that eventually changed when he became Prime Minister.”

“I might have to...” She paused, daring not to mention of her situation with reading. But to know that she had a huge family she was coming into and learning of for the first time it just added up to it. Too much for her little brain to handle.

“I..I’m going to take some time before I get to know them. Thankfully, Father is giving me time to adjust to being in the palace.”

“Worse than bad, it’s terrible, not worthy of your beautiful eyes” He joked, playing along dramatically.

“Aww...” She sighed a bit, wondering what could be bad about it,” Alright..maybe the next one you draw though, can I see it? Pretty please?”

He had slightly looked or glanced up, there was a lot so he went for the next best thing he could do is estimate. After recalling some of the numbers and the basic of Statistics. He had reached a conclusion to look at Kyou.

♠ - “You have over 30 or 50 in total. And that is my best answer since I would have aimed for something close to a Hundred. The Thirty to Fifty are the important ones since some had branched off from family.”

No really, he wasn’t kidding. Ziwen actually had no idea why someone would have this many siblings, But his father did become quite famous among them. Not even the Han Emperor could have more than one except for his sister Jie. Shame he was a puppet and a willing pawn at that.

Just the sheer number alone made her violet hues go wide. That..many..aunts and uncles?! And she thought having 7 siblings was a large number.

“T-That many?! T...thats too many if you ask me!” So much for thinking that she was in a tiny family of two or three before. So much that she had to take in since she had willingly joined Wei, it just seemed a bit too much at once.

“I...I think I just need to...” Feeling dizzy, she closed her eyes to try to relax, last thing she wanted was to fall over in view of her uncle,”  So big..of a family..I wasn’t aware.”

He gave a light nod to his niece, He wanted to make sure she was well customed to the clan. But there was possibly going to be more than just seven. If Ziwen said the list of names he would exceed a hundred. It’s just too much to name, some are hard to even pronounce.

♠ - “Well, Seven siblings won’t be much to over a lot of uncles and aunts. And then there is even more cousins to follow. Some aren’t entirely remembered, But we do our best to keep the names.”

“Just...remembering names had never been my strong suit. But I will learn some of them thanks to my sister.” Which Kyou was relieved to have to be teaching her how to read ad write better, so maybe reading wouldn’t be too difficult on her.

“Just...how may aunts and uncles do I have? Well, counting you in that, Uncle.”

He was trying to make a nice tune, But they were always sad and depressing. He was terrible in literature but he did love music. Though the sound of war drums were so much better to get his blood flowing with the thrill. 

♠ - “I am one of the nicest but distant family members you got. I am Cao Zhang, Ziwen. Your uncle since I’m your father’s younger bro. At least you have a nice view, just keep the windows closed at night when it’s cooler. You’ll thank me later along when the wind comes.”

Her father’s brother? So he was her uncle? At least she could meet someone else that was kind to her as well. Moving over, she sat herself down beside him, hearing what he had to tell her.

“Thank you I’ll keep that in mind. I’m just starting to learn on just how vast the family is. I didn’t know that it was so big, till I came here. I didn’t even know I had siblings, till I found out I had about 7 of them..”
