Aurora pounced on her lover's back, her legs wrapping around his hips and she nibbled on his ear. "Darling, there is a hot spring nearby, would you like to join me for a dip?"
When he found the circus back on Ionia’s shores, Zed had wasted no time slipping away to meet it somewhere in the mountains. He was dressed appropriately rugged for the occasion, having let a few days of hair grow on his chin.
It was just as he was considering where to start looking that she had found him. Standing as he was, he playfully wavered forward before standing back straight. A small chuckle preceded his answer to her, “Hello to you too, my dear. My my, aren’t you excited though. I can see no reason not to, so point the way, my love!”

Adding his own flair to the landing, he launched from the edge of the closest tree and flipped through the air, landing on his toes with a burst of shadow to cushion his landing. He rose to his feet standing right in front of her with a grin, licking his lips.
His hand slipped into her shorts beltline, and pulled her closer, his voice merely a whisper, even as his heard thundered and his nostrils flared for breath. “How much do you like them?”
She couldn’t help the giggles that left her lips as he pulled her close, running her fingers over his chest and gently cupping his chin. “Hmm, it depends on how badly you want to see me wearing your clothing instead, love.” Aurora replied, a claw dragging under his chin teasingly.
“But I will tell you, I’m not wearing any underwear.” She cooed.
“My, my, you would wear this shirt like a dress. Can’t have that if we plan on running back” With steadied breath, Zed reached his hand around to her rear, thumb dragging along inside the lip of the fabric. He lowered his head, not trying to break her grip, and searching for her lips.
His free hand was already starting to loosen her fastenings.

Zed kept running beneath her, looking up to shout “lovely view!” Before finding his own way up, banking from tree trunk to trunk until reaching the canopy. Utilizing the limbs elasticity at their edge, he sprung forward with each landing.
Soon he was parallel to the vixen once more. They were nearing their journey’s end st that speed already
At the end of their journey she slipped from the trees once more, skidding to a halt near the spring. “I am sure it will be a lovelier view once you help me get out of these shorts, darling.” She giggled, her chest rising and falling a bit heavier from their run.

He was ready, grinning as the soft tails teased his neck. When she took off, he was right behind her, chasing the crimson fur. He was almost jumping forward rather than running, digging up ground behind him.
Without her weight he could press faster than before, more than his usually sustainable pace, but he could hold the difference. No room for talking, as he focused on her bouncing form.
Suddenly however she would spring herself upwards, the small woman grabbing onto a tree branch and flinging herself up into the trees where she easily continued to run across the branches.
At this point she was just showing off for him.

“Well noted…” his mind was already going to interesting places. Zed let her down and gave a quick tap on her rump, as he stood back up and made ready to try and keep up. Even if she was naturally gifted, he had trained for two decades to strengthen and control his body.
Aurora giggled as he pat her butt, her tails coming up to run under his chin as she turned around, a little smirk on her face before she took off in a sprint, more like a red blur than one would imagine.

“You are?” He skidded to a halt, and held her there with a raised eyebrow. There was already an increased humidity to the air, a few minutes of running had almost taken them a full mile.
“Your physical abilities must be… I do not need carrying, thank you… did you want to get off here?”
“I think I can manage myself, yes.” She giggled softly and kissed his lips. “I know I do not look like it, but I am very strong and fast.” Aurora said, wiggling slightly and unwrapping herself from around his waist.
“It is the reason that I am usually the one that goes hunting for the caravan.” She continued, finally standing again and taking a deep breath.

As they distances themselves from the caravan, Zed began to pick up speed. Caring little, at the moment, for if anyone followed them, his footfalls made a deep thud with every strike, kicking up dark mountainous soil as thy passed into the tree line.
While he had to measure his breathing more while running, The Master managed to speak. “I may… have to teach you… something outside… my private skills!.. not that… I can’t do both”
“Darling I am plenty fast enough to run myself. Actually I can probably carry you if you are having trouble.” She said, listening to his breathing while he carried her along.

“You are so brave… I fell for the right woman, it seems,” he whispered as his hand fell to the back of her head. Even as he embraced her, he began moving in the direction of the springs, still cradling her in his arms. “Now just hold on”
She held on tightly, her tails wrapping around their waists so they weren’t in the way and she looked up at him slightly. “I refuse to run away from my problems. Or your problems for that matter. I may not have proper training but it is still not wise to corner a fox.” Aurora purred, ears twitching slightly.

Feeling those teeth scarce inches from her existing mark made his hair stand on end for an instant. Zed licked his lips and smiled warmly at her, “I believe I can get us there rather quickly, if you so desire.”
His smile faded somewhat as he explained, “Some things just cannot be avoided for the time being. I make dangerous enemies, that would not hesitate to hurt you to hurt me.”
Aurora pursed her lips, holding onto him and mumbling. “I’d like to see someone try to take me away from you.” She growled softly.
“I don’t care how we get there as long as I get to spend time with you.” She said softly into his chest.

The ninja put an arm under her as a seat, and crosses her back with the other. Fully supported, he took them out of the public eye, with a few steps under a nearby tree that shaded a tent.
As he walked he whispered back, “I have scarcely stopped thinking of you. Where is his spring, that we may be alone?”
“To the East. About 3 miles away from the town if you’re down to walk a bit.” She said, leaning in and giving his neck a softly nibble.
“I hate being away from you for this long.” She said softly, pouting slightly at him.

Being a whole two feet taller than the vixen, Zed had to lean down to keep her feet from dangling in the air. It would have been adorable, but the lean gave him enough visual cover that he needed not be wary as his arms wrapped around her back.

On the night of Aurora’s birthday, a lightly intoxicated Zed sits up as she enters her place of rest. He seems confused, and aside from a blanket, naked.
Aurora was very confused to say the least, how did he know where she was staying while she was in town? How did he know that she wasn’t sharing a room with her companions like she normally was? How did he even get in here?
More importantly where were his clothes?!
Aurora’s cheeks turned a pretty pink color almost immediately after realizing that he was naked, her eyes widening before she looked away. “Zed what are you doing here?”

As she pulled him in again, he was careful not to discomfort her with his weight, even as he relished in how it felt to press against her. The softness of her skin was a salve to the everyday ache of his muscles.
Zeds lips twined with hers, more vigorously than before, as his hand ran down her side, and pulled one of her legs up to his waist. His own legs shifted, righting the offset of their bodies and putting him squarely over her, between her legs.
After a while she broke the kiss, her body was heated and each breath sent a small tendril of almost clear smoke wafting from between her lips. The smoke had no scent an it didn’t feel intrusive like normal smoke, it just had the visual effectiveness of normal smoke.
“For my birthday wish… I want you to make me yours.” Aurora whispered, looking up at him with her same little smile.
Zed could feel his heart skip a beat, as she said this, seeing the waft of smoke pass her lips. Just the physical stimuli had been easy to resist, but as she asked for this, he had to wonder if she knew what it was. “You want to... be mine?”
He couldn’t help but look down, between them, with scarcely a gap separating his hardened muscle and her soft flesh. “Do you know what that means to me?”

The ninja shifted his hand from stroking her cheek to brush stray crimson hairs from her face “I do not know what I did, but you are a blessing. One I intend to hold on to”

There was another pause, before he drew his head back to look into her eyes. “I am glad you trust me… I try not to violate that when I have it, I promise”
The back of his fingers can to brush over her cheek as he looked at her with a slight smile, “if I am what you hope for, then… perhaps I should have worn a bow”
Aurora leaned carefully into his touch, closing her eyes for a moment before opening them and peering into his eyes. “You are on my mind more often than you might think. To see you and have you with me on my birthday no less is… It feels like a dream really.” She smiled back at him.
Fingers would run gently up his chest to join the other hand that cupped his neck before they both moved to clasp behind his shoulders. “The only thing to wonder is if your feelings for me are the same.”
