The Beatles “1″ compilation consists of their top charting singles from the UK & US. For technicality reasons, PPM and SFF didn’t make the cut. “For You Blue” was a double A Side along with “The Long & Winding Road”. Capitol Records did not endorse/promote For You Blue so it was omitted (?). Some International number ones by The Beatles include:

Rock N Roll Music (Australia)  I Saw Her Standing There (Australia/Canada) All My Loving (Australia/Canada) This Boy (Canada) I Should Have Known Better (Australia) If I Fell (Australia) Nowhere Man (Australia/Canada) Michelle (Belgium/Holland/Norway/Sweden) Strawberry Fields Forever (UK/Canada) Revolution (Canada) For You Blue (USA)
