In the spirit of The Shepherd being released, I thought I’d share my Making Of with you :) The video above shows my process in compositing and how I went about layering the effects. For the full scope of what I worked on, head over to http://emiliestabell.com/portfolio/the-shepherd/
Editor, production manager, compositor and background artist Emilie Stabell shares her contributions to the film in her “making of”. It’s really cool.
First (published) fanart to be made of the graduation film I worked on “The Shepherd”. Well I actually drew this myself, haha. This is a drawing of Asmita as a teenager/ young adult. I am not completely happy with it, but that just means that I will have to draw some more soon ;) If you’re interested in seeing the film, there’s a link to it on my tumblr.
Character lead designer Anne Hoberg has done her take on the main character Asmita, as a young adult.
Our bachelor film “The Shepherd” is out! We are all very happy and incredibly proud of everyone who worked on this film. Thank you all.

In celebration of art lead Benjamin Bach who would have turned 25 yesterday, we present you some of his early work on The Shepherd. We were extremely fortunate to have him on the team and we miss him every day.
Here is a little bite of the original score created for us by our talented composers. Check out their other productions while you're at it!
