That would be a pretty amusing enough anecdote but then you find out who the little redhead in the middle was: none other than Natasha Lyonne.

God I fuckin hate willsmith

I’ve put off watching I am legend since it came out cause of willsmith and so I decided im gonna try it tonight. I’m 10 mins in and I’m already ready to shit it off lol it’s just shots of how cool will smith is. He’s in this really cool post apocalyptic nyc and everything is overgrown and nasty and here he comes out in a perfectly clean muscle car... cause willsmith is just that kind of guy I guess. Ugh I hate him and it’s exactly what I didn’t want. A glamour project for willsmith and not a good adaptation of the richard matheson story.

Like I love post apocalyptic movies and I liked the Vincent price’s adaptation of matheson’s ‘I am legend’ book called ‘the last man on earth’ or something like that, so on paper I think I can really like this, but I just know willsmith is gonna fuck it up.

But I’m gonna try it anyway.

Oh god he’s shirtless and doing pull ups. There’s an apocalypse and he has to shoot deer for food but god forbid he loses his abs. For fucks sake lol

And they ruined the true ending. The short story has a very different ending that makes the reader question the main characters motives and flipped the story around. They abandoned the writer's vision. Kinda lame tbh
