It's Easy Drinking Green
I am really trying to get fit as I have a deadline to be in the best shape possible by 8/2015. It is my goal to be 18% body fat and to be more lean eating more greens. Not only am I trying to be healthy but I want to save more money. I came across this site, SimpleGreenSmoothies.com and it is GREAT for beginners. Below is my smoothie of the day. The original recipe calls for mango but I am allergic, so I am leaving that out. Wish me luck!
