Even as the emergency red lights came on, he was still able to see as if it were day. TARDIS!Master looked around slowly before figuring where Amy was. Instead of going after her, he just smirked and walked deeper into the building and going to a computer-starting to hack it. “Oh, yes. Excellent. I can finally update my information. Hm.. Shapeshifters…” The dual voice said aloud, letting Amy know this was the plan the whole time.

“Fantastic.” Amy said with an eye roll before peering around the wall and shooting at him. “Step away from the computer.” She said shooting again. 

“Filthy, stupid apes.” His body began to glow as he used regenerating energy to send a shockwave out to disable the guards and send alarm systems off-the place going nearly pitch black.

“Oh for god sake.” Amy said jumping out of the way of the shockwave. “I’m fed up of you aliens.” she said and moving out of the way hiding behind one of the walls waiting for him to make a move.

“I was seeing Martha Jones; she’s a doctor who use to travel with The Doctor.”

“I know.” Amy smiled, “Unit’s files aren’t so secure when you’re a pretty red head.” 

River laughed brightly. “So it isn’t just me that’s been up to mischief I see,”

“You really think being trapped in New York was going to stop me from doing anything.” She laughed.

“I was seeing Martha Jones; she’s a doctor who use to travel with The Doctor.”

“I know.” Amy smiled, “Unit’s files aren’t so secure when you’re a pretty red head.” 

“Close enough for you lot.” He mused, walking with his hands in his pockets with a smirk on his face, looking around idly.

“Oh shut up.” She snapped, “Miss Pond, what are you doing here?” one of the UNIT guards said, ”This will be a code Orange Frank.” as soon as she said it the lights started flashing and a group of unit soldiers ran in and grabbed hold of him. “It was my pleasure, Master.” She said and bowed slightly sarcastically. 

“A telephone box? Really? Why am I not surprised.” He said with a roll of his eyes, going down the stairs.

“His is a police box so shut up.” She said as they walked down and she closed it behind her. 

She smiled gently. “In that case, thank you.”

Amy smiled, “I’m glad you’re happy.” 

River gave a small nod. “I am,”

“So what have you been up to River, what’s brought you here?” Amy asked softly.

He gave pause a moment, trying to process his own emotion from seeing her again before tucking that down..

“–I         I blame you for this accent, you know. And I did a lot to be able to find you and just say that.”

Amy frowned at the man listening to what he said.

“I’m sorry I don’t quite understand what you mean...”

He glanced around the apartment from the doorway. “You’ve redecorated.” He stepped inside and began to observe the walls and furniture. “I don’t like it.” Shooting her a teasing grin he wandered towards the kitchen in the search for some fruit.

“Just a little bit.” Amy rolled her eyes, “Well, you are the person that bought us the last house, so I would have assumed you liked it.”
