How does one become a Crown DM, what are auditions like? Could a rookie walk in as an asst DM? What plays the biggest role? Conducting? leadership? music Ability?
It takes a lot of preparation with the score of the show and confidence. I walked in as a rookie in 2012 and got an asst DM position
