ADA BARTON ▾ TWENTY ▾ OPEN ↳ COLLEGE STUDENT → JUNIOR → FC: CHLOE NORGAARD
"Just be easy. "
She never wanted to move to Point Harren. Ada had always been a city girl, and would be till she died. She liked the smell of gasoline and coffee in the morning, not the smell of fresh cut grass and sea water. She missed the hustle and bustle; the towering buildings that made her feel so small. And oddly enough she missed the many colorful people on the roads – even the ones that hit on her. When Ada’s mother put college on the table, Ada was hesitant at first, but she knew that it would be good for her. She just wished that she would’ve been able to go school at University of Illinois, but when her mother got her job at Northern – she knew that her path was already engraved. Growing up Ada had never been your most normal of girls. She had always been fairly more mature than most of her peers and her interests lie outside of theirs. When Ada first came to Northern – she met Isaac Altman. At first it was just small smiles and avoidance. Isaac was the residential advisor for her floor and Ada was far from a model student. It wasn’t until one evening that Ada found herself on the roof of her building staring out at the open sky when she stumbled upon a very already baked Isaac lighting up his second joint. And that’s when their friendship blossomed. Soon enough Ada and Isaac became a couple, the most unlikely couple – but a cute one. They constantly challenged one another, and they were both completely smitten. That was until summer break when Ada went to stay in the city on her friends couch and found herself coming down off of MDMA five days later with her naked body pressed against a stranger.

- By the time Ada had turned fifteen she had gotten into the arts and drugs scene. There wasn’t a single friend of hers that didn’t look like they belong in an indie rock band or part of a steam punk era. She had her own signature as well – her rainbow hair. Her hair often changed with the seasons or her emotions, it was her very own telltale sign.

- Following the events of cheating – she found herself homeless due to the fact that they had planned on moving in together. After a few weeks of crashing at her mother’s place, she decided that she was done wallowing and the universe smiled upon her that day. That day when she had gone to work, her co-worker (BOB FC) asked if she had wanted to move in together. He had recently gotten dumped by his boyfriend, and in recent days he and Ada had gotten much closer.
- Most of Ada’s friends live back home, but when she heard news that one of her closest and dearest friends from high school decided to come Northern she was more than overjoyed. Albeit the small age disparity between her and Carson, she had always found comfort in the younger girl. She was in fact the person she had missed most while away at college. She was also quite possibly the most grounded of all the people in her friend group, which Ada felt was what she truly needed at the moment.
