My goal for this year is to do at least six 5Ks, ideally improving my time with each one. Did my first, last weekend's Big Game 5K. Came in at 10th place for my age/gender bracket, making an 11:21/mile. Running outside is so much harder than cranking out the miles on the elliptical. Insert a huge "duh" here.
You know how people say having a deadline or an event to look forward to is really motivating for weight loss? BF surprised me with a trip to St Maarten for Spring Break. It's having the opposite effect for me and just stressing me out.
