The Tardis Blue Police Box

A man on a cloud is what some people call me, or, the 5th member of Vetra's company. Either one I do not have much care for. I was done with that life, done making deals with the Universe and done saving the world below. Till I met her, that Impossible Girl. Now I am back, The Doctor has returned. I was asked to run. "Run you silly boy and remember..." So I am, I am running, I am running and looking for the impossible.

Seeing her smile he gives her a little bit bigger one than he was giving her. “Good, very good.” He turns and looks the piece of art over. “I use to not like computerized art, never seems like there was emotions in it, emotions of the artist. Which in a way is what art is to the owner.”

"But you like it now?" Clara asked, assuming that that was what he had meant. Of course, she could never really be sure. She wanted it clarified. She liked all sorts of art. Each had its own emotion, its own reason. Whatever it was, there was always something behind the work whatever it was. She felt the same with literature.

He frowns. "In a way, I guess I do now." The Doctor tilts his head to the side and looks at the art. "What do you think, do you like it? What is your favorite so far?"

"I see, so no school for you." Right. "She wanted to see somethings here so I brought her in for a surprise." It was now a surprise for them both.

"Not today." she told him before quirking an eyebrow, "Surprise? What sort of surprise? Or can’t you say?"

"She wanted to see some art and books and history stuff." He listening all the things that made Clara smile that was here.

Walking around he was enjoying her company, hoping she was enjoying this as much as he as he tries to think of a place he hasn’t gone to with another. He felt bad for making her feel like tin dog or worse, he wanted to make it up to her. “So, do you like it?” He stops and rocks on his heels.

Clara had forgotten about all of that for now. She didn’t see why it would matter all too much. It was a bit too demanding, it seemed, to ask a centuries old man who can travel through time and space to take her to a place he hadn’t seen yet. She glanced at him once he spoke and offered him a smile. “Yeah. It’s wonderful.”

He follows suit. “So tell me, what your doing around here? Got school no?”

image

"School’s got the day off." she shrugged, "Just spending the day enjoying my city. What brings you here, other than looking for your friend?"

The Doctor, the man she loves dearly, also the man she married and who she died for. She watched him silently, like she had been doing for some time now, and she knew one day he would get fed up by the tingling on his neck, from the feeling of being watched and would call out on it… but would she show herself? maybe… but it will hurt… for her and for him.

image

The Doctor was working about the TARDIS, working on getting her ready for a new adventure, waiting to and thinking on what or how he and Clara should do their new adventure. Should be on earth, should it not? Should it be past, present, or future, so many choses and ideas he can do. By the switches he stops and stands still, looking down his face softens from excitement to deep old thoughts.

The Doctor looks down unable to meet her eyes, he even turn away unable to bare the pain, he loves having her back, truly, but he didn’t want to have to explain himself, he didn’t want to loose her again. He crosses his arms close to him as he tries to bare with himself and tries to isolate himself as he tries to contain the emotions within.

Her hands fell to her sides as he wrenched himself away from her, leaving her with a shocked expression on her face. He almost never acted like this, so why now? “Doctor…” The name left her lips, unbidden. Amy reached out for him, her fingers lightly making contact with his shoulder. Growing in confidence, she let her hand slip down his arm and she walked around him. Now in front of him, she carefully uncrossed his arms and took his hands in her own, lacing their fingers together. “Doctor, please. I need to know.”

Feeling her hands, on his shoulder, he wanted to reach out, to touch, to hold tight, to know that the past, the gap between them was only a dream. Feeling it drop he sighs, before he sees that skirt, those hands, feeling them and the pressure they gave as she unfolds him, taking his hands. He looks up at her. "No, I am done hurting you."

He looks at her and smiles. “Oh I think you find even the out of the norm is in fact, the norm.” He takes her hand and shows her around, telling her all sorts of his own personal history with some of the art like he usually does with history. Other than the Doctor, there was button where a voice would tell you everything about the art itself.

image

The petite brunette snorted and rolled her eyes with a smile. “There is no norm,” she was quick to quip. “The norm’s a weird word itself.” Nevertheless, she let him lead her to whatever pieces of art he was showing her. She paid attention to every word that he said with brown eyes scrolling over each piece of art. Whatever it was. She didn’t refrain from making faces, whether it meant that she found it weird or if it was just interesting to her.

Complications

"Wednesday." He explains. "Why I don’t know." He smiles. "Yes, lots of fun. Mmmm, it’s worth it." The Doctor looks at him a bit off. "You did?" Permanent companion, his eyes wide a bit, "Time Lord?" That’s suppose to be impossible.

"Let’s just say I found someone with a common interest once I’d left my home universe," XI answered. "My TARDIS is capable of interdimensional travel without damage to her systems. I found a way to upgrade her hardware. I discovered a Time Lord who preferred to stay on board rather than return to his own universe. Our ships have combined into one, which gives us the additional power needed to slide between realities. Pretty nifty trick."

Image

"Uhuh, I see, interesting. Um, and this Time Lord, has a TARDIS, mingled you two TARDISs together and made one big, well...TARDIS...." That is a bit much to take in. "What's this Time Lord's name?" Just stay calm Doctor, just stay calm.
