The ruler of Latveria was not an easy man to sneak up on. The fact that the assailant had done so spoke volumes of his skill. But, like so many others before him, he wasted his one chance to bring true harm to Doom. Mystical power congregated around Doom’s mailed fists as the assailant, clad in black and wearing a simple mask, was lifted into the air. “To attack Doom is either a sign of great bravery or great foolishness,” the dictator said evenly, beginning to break the assassin’s bones starting with his hands. “Seeing as you come before Doom with nothing in the way of preparedness, the latter becomes the most likely choice.”
A sickening crack filled the throne chamber as all four of the assassin’s limbs were snapped at the joint before his neck and back bent backwards much further than they were ever intended to. Doctor Doom allowed the corpse to fall to the floor with a heavy THUD! He would have the body collected in a moment.
