Tattoos

I love my tattoos. So do a lot of other people, but not all. Two days come to mind that I felt very uncomfortable. Bob Evans: I was eating breakfast and my husband had gone to the bathroom. A lady who had to be in her 80s stood in front of my table and stared at my arm. I pretended not to see her standing directly in front of my table. Then she called her husband over. She then was pointing to my arm and showing him. I looked over finally and saw a look of horror on her face. I smiled akwardly, they left. We finished the rest of our breakfast and then walked outside. I heard a lady say "that's her, that's the girl!" I turned around as the same lady was pointing at me to her friends with the same disgust on her face. Car Dealership: This literally happened 10 minutes ago This old chinese man sat right next to me in the waiting room when there was plenty of open chairs available. He stated at my arm and then directly at my face. Then he would rub his sandpaper hands together. He did this for a full 5 minutes until they called him. SO. AWKWARD. Now, I am not going to laser off all my tattoos because people are staring, but come on people. Don't be rude.

Almost that time again

Full time job, DJ, sleep. Full time job, DJ, sleep. Not much time for anything in between! This has been my life the past two days. Its exhausting. Yet, I still find time too feed myself. I am amazing. This is my extravagant dinner for this evening.

Complicated right? Boy, my pee is going to smell wonderful later....

Anyway, I finished my first online party for my Jamberry nails gig. My rewards just came in the mail. Look!

I am SO excited! I want to put them all on now. But no, I need to save some for the first vendor event I am doing in September. It should be interesting, stay tuned.

Let's talk about DJing for a minute. Top 10 things that annoy he hell out of me:

1. "What songs do you have?"

2. "You aren't a real DJ, you use iTunes" I never claimed to be dumbass. I don't want to hear about your sweet demo CD that you want me to play.

3. "Can you turn it down?"

4. "Can you play this song off my phone?"

5. (As I am playing old school) "Don't you have anything...current?" (As I am playing new stuff) "We are old, can we hear some old school kind of stuff?"

6.  "Can you play the cupid shuffle?"

7.  " ONE MORE SONG! ONE MORE SONG!"

8. Dry humping on the dance floor.

9. People who hang their drink over my laptop

10. Bitch who closed my laptop and shut the music off. GDIAF!!!

Backyard beauty

What a beautiful morning it was! I decided to try to press some plants. All of these were growing in my backyard. It was fun searching for the perfect ones!

Of course, I wanted to take pictures of my goldfish and minnows as I was feeding them. They are fast little things! It was hard to get a good shot.

Another fun adventure was finding toys that my dogs had left in the yard. They love stuffed things.

A couple of other fun things are happening today so it might be a multiple post kind of day!

8. I love to cook! I like spicy, but the rest of my family doesn't. Sad.

9. I am addicted to food. It's a problem I am constantly struggling with.

10. I love going to thrift stores and antique malls.

I got a sweet planner today! I went to Office Depot first but they are going out of business where I live so there was NOTHING left. I went to Staples after that and they had so many cute planners! I am always forgetting dates and times, so I really needed something to get me organized.
