my flight rising hottake is that, while i know it'll obviously NEVER happen for a comically large multitude of reasons, i really wish some of the older breeds (tundras. mostly tundras) could get art updates sometime. it's kinda jarring going from a comparatively recently released breed like aberrations to the tundras just. Standing There and Sitting Smiling Weirdly At Me respectively. i know this will never happen i know you don't have to tell me i know what a nightmare it would be art-wise it's just a pipe dream of mine

what im saying is just that i wish those guys either had official art of their winter fluff or that they were doing /anything/ even slightly more interesting in their official art. give the female tundras a glock.

Tagged other, but staff never really commits to ideas they present in lore and tend to backpedal pretty hard which makes it hard for me to get interested in site lore and take it seriously.

Things like Lightning, that were originally proposed with a concept that had to get retconned with "no you guys, Stormcatcher is a good boss, we promise!" and basically ignoring any of the serious plot threads with consequences like the Banescale/Gaoler lore or bounty of the elements. Important elements like The Loop are woefully underexplained and unexplored, and shade hasn't been relevant in years. The whole of Plague is chipped away at year after year, with constant view-shifting until it's become something very different from its original intended purpose.

It always feels like staff wants people to think their lore is cool, but to never take it too seriously or read into it too much. I don't know how I'm supposed to engage with media that seems to actively fight my engagement.

Using both Glaze and Nightshade would corrupt the generation of pictures mimicking artist AND mess with the AI's recognition of what everything is. Like it would generate a dog when you ask for a cat.

And it would be hell for AI bros to remove the cloaked pictures from their database ʕ 👀人ʔ
