To be frank, I truly believe corporations should pay for their employees public transportation if that’s an option in the area.

If it is not an option I believe corporations should be forced to pay the gas bill for their workers commute.

I’ll even go a step further and say workers should be paid for their commute to work, as well as their commute home, as if they were on the clock.

Where are you from?? I’m from Holland, where every worker gets a compensation for their travel time based on the kilometres they live from their place of work. I thought this was a relatively common thing?

Every time we disillusioned americans try to fantasize about the most off-the-wall crazy amazing benefits we could get from our employers or government, things that would never happen in a million years over here, like free healthcare, free drug treatment, being able to have a baby without losing your job or taking a pay cut, being able to sit down at a retail job, having your boss pay you for your hour drive to work, free ambulances, adequately supporting disabled people, going to college for free… And without FAIL, some European will pipe up and be like, “🤔🤔🤔 uhhhh, isn’t that just… normal? Like, aren’t those things are all just normal things that governments provide for it’s citizens? Because you paid for it through taxation??” And all the americans collectively die of envy and untreated dental infections.

a President makes a new law that anyone shorter than him gets executed but he accidentally makes it an amendment to the constitution so it applies to future presidents too, in the next elections theres a frenzy of people voting for the shortest president so they dont die and this is how they end up electing a 3 foot tall man named Pinwheel Patrick who goes on to become the most tyrannical dictator the world has ever seen
