guys, the police here in chile are shooting teenagers who are protesting against the government and metro fare rise, it’s really happening and it’s frightening, please share information about this because the press here is trying to make as if this is just a little riot but it’s not, police started with teargas and now they are shooting at minors.

Depression loses when:

  • you get out of bed because there’s something you’re excited about.
  • you don’t think about people who left.
  • you clean the clutter in the room and dishes in your sink.
  • you work out or meet with friends even though you have no energy to.
  • you can calm yourself down when you’re thoughts race.
  • you remember to drink water.
  • you don’t dwell on things you can’t control.
  • you do things good for yourself, even though you have no motivation.
  • you tell yourself that you’re growing from this, and you won’t feel like this forever.

our incomes cant cover a tenth of the basic needs such as food, clothing, services, etc.

i cant stay here and i’ve been saving money to leave venezuela, im on my own and things are getting worse super fast

i really need all the help that it is possible

lil update: maduro announced these new economic measures that are already causing more chaos. god when i said things would get worse i didn’t expect my span of time to get ready and leave would be reduced this much
