Imagine your OTP in the same hospital room after an operation/fracture. A has been in the room alone before the doctors bring B. When B wakes up, A awkwardly tries to start a conversation. Eventually, both become really good friends and sometimes they send notes with paper planes, prank the nurses, or exchange food. A is discharged, but still visits B until they recover.
