Today is a truly amazing day. It’s April 20 once more - it’s Luhan’s birthday!

To our 星光，our 小鹿, the prince of Beijing… happy birthday! We’ve gone through a lot these past few months, haven’t we? Even though thousands, maybe even more than a million sweet words will be said about you today, allow me to say a few of my own, even though they won’t matter much at all. I can talk about you for hours, though it won’t make sense… your eyes, your smile, your laugh, all your good traits, your voice, your passion, your strength…. but for now, I’ll just say thank you for being you. The hardworking you that strives to become better with every passing second. The smiling you who lights up our worlds with those crinkled eyes. The polite, respectful you who remains humble despite all the amazing things you have accomplished at such a young age. The honest, genuine, amazing you, you who we all love so much. I wish you would have a reason to smile 24/7 - every second of every day. You deserve that and so much more. To play soccer to your heart’s content, to laugh until you tear up, to eat until you can no longer move, to perform as long as you want, to live life to the fullest. I know I’ll be there to support you as much as I can, today and for as long as I can. You’ve made so many people infinitely happy - I only hope you feel the same way everyday! I’m really thankful for every life, every person you’ve managed to touch and inspire. Off stage or on stage, wherever you go, know that you are loved - and I’ll always be proud and grateful for the fact that I am one of the many who do, even if I’m horrible at showing it. 

So, Luhan! The light of my life, I can only count on the stars to watch over you! I hope you keep warm when it’s snowy and windy and cold, cool when it’s super hot, and cozy and healthy and hydrated and everything good! Today is your day, so I hope you have an amazing one. I wish you every happiness, success, wish of good health, and every good thing for you!
