thick water is for disabled people who can’t swallow properly. stores usually have extremely limited supplies of it.

The latest game update and the new Crystal Creations stuff pack introduced some new nasty bugs to The Sims 4 and we can expect a patch as soon as the team has figured out how to fix the most game breaking ones.
Until the patch is released it's recommended to be really careful playing with the Crystal Creation pack since putting on and taking off crafted jewelry will deform your sims appearence and it's unclear if already deformed sims will be fixed when the patch arrives.
It might also be safest to stay away from your more precious save files altogether until the patch arrives since the moodlet issue possibly can cause longlasting issues in your save files. If you want to read more about this there's a thread here at the AHQ-forum.
