I think red is the most beautiful colour on a book

This months book haul. This is at least my sixth copy of Alice in wonderland but it’s my favourite book and this is a gorgeous gilded illustrated pocket collectors edition. Also I’ve wanted this lovely copy of the Odyssey and Iliad for a while since I saw it on tilly-and-her-books amazing bookshelves (again I have at least 4 copies of each already since studying them at school). I finally saw it in the book shop for the Greek statue exhibition at the British museum last weekend and my dad bought it for me. :)
