Beauty is so solitary

Narcissism, noun  ˈnɑːsɪsɪz(ə)m,nɑːˈsɪs-/   excessive interest or admiration of oneself and one's physical appearance. 【Independent Yumichika rp blog】 His other half

Isn't the eleventh the kind of division that preaches it doesn't care where its members come from? His noble status being used as a weapon against him seems to prove quite the opposite, but then again those might just be Yumichika's own particular preconceived ideas. Either way, it has Izuru's nose crinkle in distaste. "My heritage has little to do with someone suplexing a colleague through a wall.."

Avatar

“He suplexed you??” Despite the sudden pitch in the fifth seat’s voice, there was nothing in his tone to indicate any sense of shame or embarrassment in the way his partner had acted. If anything, he sounded even more interested in the topic now than he had ten seconds prior, both finely arched brows tugging towards his hairline in an obvious display of gossipy curiousness. “What did you do to him??”

Avatar

"Animals--" The word is muttered under his breath. "That man acts unprovoked." Or else he was drunk, despite it being the middle of the day. Who even knew with this lot? "I thought you were at least /somewhat/ more sophisticated.."

“Listen, lieutenant,” despite the use of the other’s proper rank, the sharpness with which the fifth seat spoke the word belied any real sense of respect for the blond’s position. “I honestly couldn’t care what some shinigami from a rich family likes to think about this division to make himself feel better, but Ikkaku is not the sort of person to act unprovoked. You did something, and whatever it is, maybe next time you won’t do it and end up in a third wall.”

"Your--- /partner/ threw a man through a wall. again." It is rather obvious that he is not pleased. "Keep such antics isolated in your own division."

“Well that’s your fault then. Why didn’t you learn not to do what you did last time he did that?” Honestly.

Avatar

"Why not?" He almost sounded petulant. "Just 'cause we're shinigami that don't mean we don't have free will." And being a shinigami wasn't an addiction either, they could quit whenever, if they wanted... Renji always kind of thought that if he just saved money, then someday he might buy a place and live with his loved ones in peace. Of course.. That would mean they would want to quit their job too, and knowing Ikkaku.. Well, he supposes Yumichika had a point. "But what about havin' kids..?"

Avatar

“You talk like Kusajishi fukutaichou isn’t a kid, Renji.” Yes, okay, sure, perhaps that wasn’t explicitly what the redhead was getting at ( in fact Yumichika knew for a fact it wasn’t, but evasion was a particularly good skill of his, and one he used quite often without even really needing it ) but the alternative- the idea of he and Ikkaku having a child of their own- was something he wouldn’t even honestly consider. They weren’t exactly the most nurturing shinigami in the Gotei ( previous experience with their lieutenant aside ) and they weren’t exactly in the best position to think about such an outlandish thing either. Them, parents? The third and fifth seats of the most violent division known second only to the Twelfth as the division with the highest turnover for mortality reasons?? Ridiculous. And besides, they weren’t even parental people anyway! Soul King only knew he had his limits when it came to children.

“Why are you even asking these sorts of things? You haven’t gotten someone pregnant, have you?”

As usual, Shuuhei can't ask even a simple question without incurring Ayasegawa's disdain. Maybe he gets special treatment in this way because he knows Ayasegawa's secret, because he's a loose end that would probably have been tied up (and had the life sucked out of him) by now if he weren't a lieutenant. In any case, Shuuhei leans away from Ayasegawa, like this can mitigate his impertinence. "I, uh, was just impressed by how tidy you always are, that's all."

Avatar

Perhaps it was the less than subtle creation of space between them, or perhaps it was the flattery ( it was probably the flattery ) but the lieutenant’s words brought about a slight shift in the fifth seat’s haughty demeanor, violet eyes flitting over to silently judge the man before seemingly deeming the words of praise payment enough for something half resembling civility

( he still took another drink before opting to reply though- he didn’t even really know what it was about the other that irked him so; perhaps it was his dumb lost puppy look, perhaps it was that shocking array of tattoos on his face, perhaps it was the secret he held, perhaps he just didn’t like him, but whatever it was, it was prominent enough that even this sad attempt at a conversation between colleagues had the flighty shinigami’s metaphorical feathers ruffled )

“Yes, well, someone has to keep track of everything around here.”

Avatar

"Ayasegawa, is it difficult to keep your area clean at the Eleventh? You seem like a guy who cares a lot about having your space just so, but, if the ruckus usually going up from the Eleventh most times of day is any proof, it seems like someone is always having a brawl in the mud over there."

Avatar

“They know better than to make a mess in my area.” Came the steely reply from the fifth seat, voice sharp as he took a swig from his sake that was, perhaps, far larger than need be. Yes, the idiots had a horrible habit of brawling in the mud, as Hisagi was oh so kind to remind him, but at least even the stupidest of their morons had enough survival instincts about them to not bring that behaviour ( or the aforementioned mud ) into the office that Yumichika had long since claimed as his own.

“What business is it of yours, though?”

                             You represent the Dragon type!!

Image
The Dragon type is all about adventure. The most primal guiding force you possess, your craving to explore and conquer would land you at the hand of any historic king. Remember to act on this heroic instinct, and not cloister yourself inside it. Like a dragon, you are extremely protective of what you own. Whether it be your physical possessions or mental acuity, you are extremely prideful of your "treasure". Remember to curb your ego occasionally, Dragon-type: everyone has a unique gift of their own. It is this protective, prideful nature that leads you to have somewhat of a short fuse. This anger, improperly channeled, can lead to disaster. Remember to allow your independent nature to guide you towards the path of a champion, as the heroes of old did.
